Ed Freedman of Stable Road Foundation Joins Hawaii Public Radio to Talk Investment in Hawaiian Youth

Ed Freedman, founder of Stable Road Foundation, was invited on the most recent issue of Hawaii Public Radio’s The Conversation to discuss his recent commitment to fund Section 530a accounts (“Trump Accounts” for every eligible foster child in the state between the ages of 11-17.

While the accounts of newborn children receive $1,000 from the federal government, and children between 2-10 received $250 through a generous grant from the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, the donation by Freedman and Stable Road Foundation fills an important funding gap to ensure no child is left behind.
